Traditional and established

At the intersection right opposite Changxia Primary School, close to the plain, three aunts were working in the store, dividing tasks and cooperating. It is made with the traditional type of kueh jiao (kueh jiao) sauce. The brine is not overly salty and is drinkable. I ordered the bean curd sticks. The bean flavor was really strong. The daylily flowers were quite crispy. The only drawback was that the pork intestines were not marinated for long enough, so they were not very flavorful. The texture was rather crispy. Personally, I prefer a soft and glutinous texture. There's bitter gourd. I'll try it next time. During the Spring Festival, the minimum purchase price is 20 yuan per bowl.
