Recently, I've been crazy about purple rice taro paste cheese bricks. I made them in bulk and the results were quite good. I've decided to sell a small batch at Changqing University Town.
Besides taro paste ones, there will also be oreo and meat floss ones! (All are halal ~) We use only reliable ingredients, such as Anjia cream and cheese, Lipu taro, and milk from Golden Classic Dream Lid and Mengniu regular box milk (since there are still these two types of milk left at home, I won't purchase them separately, hehe). The rice from Wuchang is low in sugar and not too sweet
The portion size won't be too large. We plan to keep it around 160g to 180g per person (the packaging box we bought is 180ml) to avoid waste. Of course, the price won't be high either. It's definitely affordable. 8.8💰 oreo requires an additional 1💰
