Michelin-recommended Pizza for a budget trip to Switzerland
After paragliding, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant opposite the large lawn on the ground. This is also a recommended restaurant found on Xiaohongshu and has a place on Michelin's recommended list. It's worth a visit.
Location: It is located on the ground floor of the most famous VictoriaJungfrau Grand Hotel und Spa in Interlaken. After passing a fountain, walk to the end of the corridor.
The environment features a high ceiling design, arched floor-to-ceiling glass Windows, painted ceilings and wall paintings like works of art, crystal chandeliers, wooden floors, walls and columns with classical carved elements, a light beige main color tone, and a couple of green plants. The bright and warm lighting creates a simple yet luxurious and comfortable dining space. The restaurant also had outdoor seating, but unfortunately it was not open that day. We are sitting in front of the bar counter. Next to the kitchen door, there is a stone kiln for making pancakes. You may have seen how the chef makes them. No wonder the pancakes are so fragrant, but there won't be any smell of cooking oil.
Service: Mostly friendly and polite.
Lunch: On weekdays, we offer two lunch sets, including a meal package and coffee, soup or salad. The soup for the day was pumpkin soup, which was great. The salad was also good.

The portion is super generous. It's a large thin pancake from Pizza Hut. The crust is hand-rolled, and the edges are thicker and crispy. The ingredients are simple, including cheese, ham, tomatoes, etc. The taste and texture are excellent. The cheese is very rich and fragrant. But I was already very full after eating two pieces, so I took it away for dinner.
Tomato Pasta +soup + coffee CHF 24
This meat sauce pasta is quite good. The tomato sauce is sweet and sour and appetizing. However, the pasta is not handmade, which is a bit disappointing. It costs the same as thin pancakes, but the taste and portion size are not as good.
